Cloisonne vase with floral leaf design electrified c1880. This vase has a beautiful robins egg blue base color. Excellent design detail depicting a bird flying between flowers, branches, and leaves. Some minor old glaze lines. No dents or repairs. Excellent original condition. Measures 28 inches to the top of its harp, 16 inches to the top of the vase itself and 6 inches across.

Kyoto Satsuma porcelain pedestal dish
Japanese Meiji period Kyoto Satsuma porcelain pedestal dish or compote. Hand painted decoration centers on a falcon perched amidst peonies, chrysanthemums, and bamboo, all richly accented in pure gold. Measures 8.75 inches across and 5.25 inches high. Perfect condition. A finely executed, heavily enamelled Japanese Satsuma scalloped edge bowl, the center medallion decorated with women and children at play, surrounded by a brocade band, the inner edge decorated with abstract floral motifs and the outer edge with a floral and stars design. Signed, verso. Meiji Period, c. 1900. Measures 2" H x 5 3/4" dia.
